Having a great interest in the history of things, I decided to dig through the mythical and try to explain how mormonism came about. The time line of the quintessential “american religion” is based around three important leaders that (literally) shaped the time they lived in. A map showing the movement of the young religion complements the factual summary. This infographic spread was intended for an educational magazine, like for instance the “National Geographic”.
